Everything Forever 21+,  well except for the jeans which are Torrid :)
I have several jean vests but this one in particular is my fav! It's light and hits above my waist. My friends are starting to complain that I wear my jean vests too much, they are right but I don't care! The mesh Union Top is super comfortable, light weight and stretchy.
